Really disappointed in the cold customer service at this location. Mcdowell used to be a place where everyone knew your name and had a smile on their face. Patient consultants seemed happy to see you and chat— even for a pick up order. I’m currently pregnant & shop here for my husband who doesn’t want to pay recreational prices and only come here for the close proximity to my home, otherwise I wouldn’t have a reason to come back. Things have really changed over the years and it sucks to be treated poorly. I don’t know if it’s because I’m pregnant or because of how I was dressed but the energy has me wanting to look elsewhere.
