I have called and emailed Dr. Dabber with 0 results. 200$ item should come with some level of service? That bullshit about standing by the battery, yeah right. It doesn't even get hot long enough for a dab.. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! TOTAL WASTE OF $$$$.
