From top to bottom a class operation. Top quality products, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices. Having been to a lot of dispensaries across the country I can honestly say Higher Love Ironwood is my favorite. The building itself reminds me of my first house. It’s a funky little place that could use a little attention but that’s alright, sometimes I kind of want to bring my hammer and fix some things up because I always enjoy my experience there and they always make me feel welcome and at home. Forget for a moment that Higher Love Ironwood Michigan indeed may have once been a literal home, it’s part of it charm. I feel at ease every time I walk through the door. Any sap can erect a giant building and fill it with junk and it will probably sell and be profitable if there is a demand for the product they carry….What you can’t buy or replace are the people and the experience. The staff are from top to bottom class acts and fun people to be around. They’re passionate about what they do and it shows, every time I’ve had questions or concerns they’re right there with the answers. The staff always makes it fun and easy and a lot of them have been there from day one, although the new faces have been great as well. Not sure you can package, or distribute, or quantify, exactly what makes this place such a great experience every time, but I love it and always get excited to come back again. Special mention to PJ from my last visit. She was great and asked me to write a review. It was long overdue anyways, but today I felt inspired. She made me aware of the points program and saved me a ton of dough which is always a great thing in a tough economy. PJ I hope the review helps.
