Better selection, prices, and line handling at a street dealer who is literally trying to rip you off.

This is a great place to get (recreationally) ripped off. Want to see why this location will never make a dent in the black market? Stop by.
I guarantee they won't have anything when you get there, and if they do, it'll be 4x+ street price. These guys need some competition to show them how a business works, badly. As it stands, the people running this place shouldn't be allowed to run a lemonade stand.
