As a veteran indulgent, it takes something special to make me write a review. Durban Poison was always a favorite. Cherry Pie will surprise you with its intense delayed impact. A definite go to. One of my top faves.

Their customer service is excellent and the staff seems knowlegable of products and are able to answer questions easily. Every person I have encountered while picking up my order has been friendly, polite, and courteous. The facility is clean. The time it takes to pick up an online order during down times is about 10 minutes. Chase and Gavin are awesome and are always a joy to interact with. On the negative, prices are high here. I have to plan my purchases based on the sales they have during the month, and once the special comes around, they end up not having any of the products in stock that I was counting on...or reduced quantities. The Loyalty Program needs to be reviewed. To me, a $50 gift card for spending $3,000.00 seems cheap of you. I mean really...1.6%? And that's not counting the discount you get for buying AMAZON gift cards in bulk. If you are going to give away a gift card, it should be one that we can use THERE. They you get your money back!
