Better experience this time around. They had a cartridge deal today. I placed a pick up order and this time the girl behind the glass was attentive and listened. Our only interaction was saying hello, handing my card over and saying I'm here for a pick up but compared to last time this was huge improvement. I wasnt worried if she herd me or not or if she was listening because she made it very clear via eye contact and a clear response that she knew I was here for a pick up. No problems perfect service.

I have ordered from this service twice now. Both times I click the asap button and have waited HOURS to receive my order. When you call support it says medical marijuana how you want it when you want it which is only true if you want it several hours later. Also i waited on hold on both the sales line and support like for roughly 20 minutes each and no response. I ended up just calling the dispensary to find out if my stuff had even left. They said it has and but on supurb it says its still packaged. I ordered ay 1p it says they only deliver until 4 from the location I selected it's now almost 5 and my order still says packaged. Do yourself a favor just go to the dispensary yourself. Walking back and forth would have been faster at this point.
