It’s been 2020 since I last visited. I’d still be making purchases on a regular basis had it not been for what happened. All because of a faulty vape pen. It’s one thing to state your case with customer service, but when I had to go over everything again (actually for the third time) with the ‘store manager’ and then got an extended argument to where suddenly stipulations were applied to to my returning their faulty device, I decided I was done. It was already supposed to be settled before I went back into the store. I actually started going to Truilieve, who by the way, backs all their products with 100% satisfaction or get an exchange. Why couldn’t müv do that? I spent thousands with them and it’s over because of a $35 pen and an overzealous manager.
