My Tender Antonio N. For some reason lost his cool because he had to issue a refund for product that was priced incorrectly, not his fault. During the refund process he didn't understand why I would want the 15$ he owed me back and became angry... Not a person that needs to be in customer service. He should want his customer to get the best deal. Totally not ok!!!

I order online because no in store...COV19.!!!! First time here. I ordered 1/2oz of HighGrade. Get the bag it's all baby nugs popcorn shake and no where on the package does it say High Grade!!! On top of that because I didn't have anything in my order that qualifies for the first time deal so I loose it theysaid!!! What a joke!! Totally Disappointed

I just purchased a $20+ New Moon Rock Pre roll... Complete trash. Burns uneven, and half way down all the flower fell out to the ground!!!! Feel totally bumbed...cool tray though..

Crazy how price jumps around on the concentrates when its the same strains and the same wax its been for 3 months? The quality is good but the price is not consistant...
