They make leafly customers wait while walk ins take priority. Do Not Pre Order Here. Manager said there is only one person to process orders so they just make you wait. The wait time here is extraordinary, and since leafly orders are not a priority they will take your order and give it to a walk in. You have to choose something else. Bad service, Terrible Management, staff hates their jobs.

No one answers the phone. Products show available on leavly but you can't order it, walk in only. so you drive all the way to fountain hills arrive at 6pm. they are open until 7 and not one customer there. the Bald Security "guard" who seems to always be the girl at the desk, tells you we are no longer taling walk ins give us a call tomorrow maybe it will work out for you. it is now tomorrow and I have been calling for over an hour. very poor customer service. I will try to let management know, but I have a feeling they don't care either.

They never get Leafly orders correct. They text me back we are out of that can I replace it with (insert any strain here). No... If I wanted that, I would order that. Sometimes they don't even respond to the Leafy until the next day with a canceled order.

Terrible Experience! WILL NEVER GO BACK. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Took so long for such sub-par service. Treated like they don't care if you use their services or not. Manager was a total waste of time and no help at all.
