I arrived (1st visit) and was promptly greeted, my concerns addressed patiently, and left with my fave products (Verano mints, gummies, and Creaco gummies). Have to say the staff is generally helpful and remains interested in seeing that medical patients are well-cared for always. Have made EarthMed Addison my go-to medical cannabis destination. 🙂 ~David

Plenty of common-sense safeguards in place, except that greeter was not wearing a mask when he spoke to me, while standing so close to the entry door that we were f2f immediately upon entering: a bit too casual an attitude abt safe-space for my taste. Going in, Rachel greeted me warmly, and we chatted animatedly while we looked for the correct online order I had entered. Rachel seems new to MedMen, but is enthusiastic, sensible, efficient, and even funny! I really ❤️ MedMen because they really seem to take their role as business operators with a sense of pride, and they keep prices competitive, while carrying brands I like.
