The last time I went in there, they shorted me by one third of my purchase, product that I paid for and didn't receive. When I told the budtender about this, the response was, "oh no!", and then I was passed off to someone else and the issue was never resolved or even mentioned. I felt dismissed and offended. This used to be my favorite place to go, with very reasonable prices and good quality product, but now I'm not so sure about the service. If an effort had been made to make it right, maybe, but customer service is often what will make a loyal customer, or lose one.
