I love the products. I also love the deals, when they’re honored. I had an online order today, taking advantage of the 5g/$99 deal, but when I went to pick up, one of the strains I wanted was down to 1/2 grams...but hey, 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 gram, right? WRONG! I was denied the deal unless I switched to a strain available in the 1g packaging. Why? Did the small plastic packs cost THAT much more? I left feeling like I was given the runaround and as a loyal customer, I was disappointed. Hopefully this policy can be fixed.

Lately everything about Nirvana seems to have gone straight down the toilet. When you place an online order, then receive a call explaining they’re out of what you ordered, so you pick something else, only to show up to learn that you aren’t getting anything you ordered, because they’re out. Not to mention the 45 minutes I waited to pick up my online order that “was ready” 40 minutes before I arrived. Every customer waiting to head to the back was IN AND OUT of the store before I was ever called up. If you can’t manage your online, telephone, AND walk-in business, day us all a favor and pick one to excel at & stop torturing your clients with the half-assed service.
