Bystander was a jerk. I waited for him to get my free eighth just like every other budtender has done in the past. When he didn’t say anything I did and his response was “You should have said something earlier. The transaction is complete and I can’t give you your eighth now.” Also I didn’t reject learning materials. They were never offered.
