I had a pre order ready for pickup I waited for over 30 plus minutes in line after waiting 30 minutes I had to leave and never got to pick up my order I'm telling you this dispensary doesn't care about quality of customer service and how long customers are waiting outside in the heat even if it's a pre-order. ever since this dispensary opened its doors to recreational use quality of customer service has immensely gone down hill I would never recommend this dispensary to anyone there the slowest dispensary in the state of Arizona and they don't care how slow they are either

I called before going to this dispensary for the first time and the man that answered the phone was very unprofessional and very rude I would not recommend this dispensary to anybody based on how he is treating customers the manager needs to have a talk with staff on how to talk to your customers and voice tone and you also need to appreciate your customers because without your customers you get no business and with no business you get no checks for your pay. I felt very unwelcomed and uneasy talking with this man and made me not want to go to this dispensary and check this dispensary out because I don't want to be treated like that and Word of Mouth travels with customers because when customers are in line they compare other dispensaries and give each other recommendations and talk about their experiences with each other and that was not a good experience of how that man made me feel or the way he was talking to me.

You need to appreciate your customers because without customers you have no business and with no business you get no paychecks. and Word of Mouth always speaks loudly for customers in the same industry because they all compare and they all talk to each other when they're standing in line and sharing their experiences at other dispensaries and recommending places to each other. Just throwing that out there. I do not recommend this dispensary to anybody if that's how they're going to treat and speak to their customers.

I was not wild about this place at all. it was my first time there and I would never recommend this place to anyone. we had to wait 2 hours in line for a phone order, after standing in line for 2 hours, my order wasn't even ready and 6 people behind me got checked out before me while I had to wait patiently. When I said "Hey this sucks 6 people behind me got checked out before me", they all laughed about it in the dispensary and told me to speak up. Which I was doing, so that was rude and I'm speaking up about it now too. They didn't have good attitudes and it didn't feel welcoming at all. It totally sucked and was a horrible experience. First, Only and Last time I visit that place.

this dispensary refuses to keep indica on hand in the lower tiers. I can't afford to buy $50 eigths Everytime I need indica for my back pain. I'll just keep going to another dispensary instead. I thought other card holders were crazy when they said this dispensary tries to force you to buy the higher tiers if you want indica. they are right. sativa does nothing for back pain. Everyone knows that. when this place was called The Park, this same issue was an issue. this is an ongoing issue with this dispensary for years. so I turn around and leave Everytime they don't have indica on the lower tiers. when I called the supervisor to talk about it today before coming in, she was agressive about it and didn't want to hear my concerns and argued about it with me. and she was supposed to highest supervisor on duty at this time. very unprofessional to treat your customers like that. it's supply and demand baby... you can't force your customers to only buy indica for no less than $50 that's false advertisement and it's going to make people not want to come back. I talk about dispensaries with every card holder I meet so does other card holders. word of mouth is huuuuge. just throwing that out there. this is not a good dispensary to go to for Indica and they don't care about customer needs and concerns.

I LOVE this place!!! This is the best dispensary in Az. They have the BEST flowers in Az, straight up. Great quality and amazingly beautiful!! I have never been disappointed from here. They have the best customer service too!! Christain was my budtender and he was Awwwesooome!!!! He answered all of my questions, he was helpful, informative and patient. He did a great job at making me feel welcome and at home and was smiling the entire time!! Thanks for all you do! Keep up the great work guys!!!

This is an awesome dispensary. they have great quality products from flowers to edibles to concentrates. all of their products are effective and i highly recommend this dispensary. this is. a must go to place. lol great and friendly staff. staff is always knowledgeable and has great recommendations if you're unsure about something.

I didn't like it at all. I thought the products and flowers could have been better. All flower products from bottom, mid, and top shelf were all tiny pop corn nugs. I was shocked to see the top shelf with nothing but tiny pop corn nugs, I was very disappointed in that because the stem ends up taking up most of the instead of the actual flower itself. Not cool. And there should be a variety of products that look different with different size nugs, some fluffy some not, some tiny some big, some potent stoney stuff and less potent. They didn't even know the percentage of the THC levels. Get first time patient deal to get you there but I totally wouldn't recommend this place. I only smoke flowers and I couldn't believe the poor quality for a dispensary. I wasn't satisfied with the tastes of the flowers and they didn't really get me that baked. Sales tax was decent though.
