I placed an online order, never received a confirmation. Went to pick it up three hours after I ordered...Only to be told they were out of what I ordered. I thought online orders were supposed to be pre-packed not packed when the person gets there. They were apologetic, but apologies are not a substitute for doing your job properly. So because Nirvana Center Tempe does not seem to care about the quality of their work. I will no longer support them in any way...get your SH*T Together!

You can’t pre order deli style flower(that’s fine), but when you call to double check the availability of a certain strain before you make a trip...they act annoyed, then leave you on hold so long that you hang up. I was actually looking to by an ounce of top tier flower($215+tax lost). Is it that hard to answer a simple question about your product? it’s your job! F#%*k this dispensary!

They should think about updating The online menu more often. Being my first time, I was unaware that you have to call them first thing in the morning to verify what they have, how much they have, then you better RACE over their to get it (this is what the bud tender communicated to me). This is because it seems they only update their menu once a day. Or at least that was the case on this day. Also, I did call (3 times) to check availability (no answer). Excellent first time patient special, but how does one take advantage of that, if you don’t know WTF they actually have. Frequent menu updates would be nice. I shouldn’t have to call and hunt someone down to get up to date info about their products. That’s what they have employees for. They don’t pay or discount the customers for doing leg work to figure out what they have on the menu. Yet they’re paying someone to not do it (there were a lot of MF employees there too.) confusing, and disappointing.

Oasis has really quality product, and most the people that work there are solid (with a couple exceptions). Having said that, when I expressed a problem to a medical oriented business, that has resulted in me not receiving any Meds, and them losing out on a significant amount of money. One would think that they would respond to patients in a timely fashion. maybe check to see what the problem was, and how it could have been remedied. This took place on 03/30/, I wrote an email to the dispensary on 03/31... It's now 4/03/2020 and no response from them. This very could have been a leafly issue, as it was a leafy pick up order for which I never received a conformation text for. so I got smoke for you MF's too, right after this review!!! Either way I reached out to Oasis and they have yet to get back to me which, I believe is terrible business!
