Would’ve given service 5 stars until this recent experience:
Mistakenly bought a product that I didn’t order, or didn’t mean to order, not sure which. If it’s my mistake, fine, let me know. But that’s not what they do at Vireo. You’ll leave a couple of email and phone messages and after 48 hours they still WILL NOT have contacted you. Tell me to fuck off and that I’m shit out of luck, but tell me SOMETHING. 80 bucks is 80 bucks. Come on Vireo, call me.
Moral: When you get something delivered from Vireo make sure you order the right thing or they will ghost you.
