Placed an order online ahead of time and was told it was ready for pickup. Great. After I drive 1 hour to the location on a really busy work day to quickly pick up my preorder (which was confirmed by email that it was ready) they tell me at the door that’s it’s another “hour or so wait.” Seriously? If there is going to be an extra long delay why wasn’t I notified before making a two hour drive back and forth to this store? Why did my email order say “completed and ready for pickup?” Not everyone has hours to waste on a weekday to wait for product, which is why I selected the preorder option in the first place. And after I informed customer service about this incident where I had to leave without product because I didn’t have time to wait another hour, I was simply told to “order delivery” instead. I do not recommend this company for the disorder, lack of communication, & “could care less” attitude they have for paying customers.

Product doesn’t work at all and when I contacted customer support they said it doesn’t work for everyone. They also don’t allow returns or exchanges. Total waste of money and time. No customer service to help. Don’t buy this!

Horrifying racist and misogynistic male staff behind the counter at this establishment. I walked in as a first time female customer, answered my phone, after not being explained any of the rules, and was promptly yelled at by some white guy behind the counter “to get out” of his store. He was completely respectful to the other white male customer he was already attending, but yelled at me because I answered my phone. I politely explained as I walked in that I was a first time customer - so why wasn’t the “no phone” rule explained to me beforehand? I was shocked at how this man treated me. Avoid this place at all costs!
