I think they online service sucks placed an order at 9 when they open and get a text back an hour plus later saying it’s not in stock would you like something else umm no that’s why I ordered so early definitely won’t go back there

Someone from their company likes to send text messages out to people at 6:45am and the Store doesn’t open until 8am this is the second day in the row these fuckers done this shit and it’s super fucking annoying. Then when I text the number back saying do you have any idea that it’s 645 the dumb ass replying saying you can reply stop if don’t want messages. What I don’t want is a dispensary harassing me and they not even open yet. Don’t give them your number unless you want to be harassed all times of the day they have no chill or respect for sleeping hours

I love everything about this store except for the fact that I seen the doctor for renewal 6 days ago and haven’t received my confirmation from the state that Dr.Hoover submitted my application. What I find strange is that my application wasn’t submitted while I was in the office it was done over the weekend when I was seen on a Thursday before my card expires and here it is Wednesday of the following week and nothing. I would recommend this place for flower definitely not for patient renewal
