I would like to start off by saying that these guys used to have five stars across the board nor two weeks ago. I generally not had a bad experience in the years I've been he going here however today I was greeted rudely my questions were not answered the standard deal on their concentrate disappears. PATHETIC

customer service is key to me I believe in honesty respect and giving human dignity to people when rules that are not communicated are enforced and imposed time and energy costs on your customer you should do something about it. when your unspoken business practices put out a customer you should make it right because you're going to lose that customer and any friend of theirs. you say you're open for Leafly and call in orders only you say you're open for curbside pickup you do not say that does not apply to people who are walking up from public transportation. you are overpriced and your corp. culture and attitude suck.
