Jessica with the blu eyes is one of the most bitter people I've ever met working in customer service, she's worked there way too long without getting a major attitude adjustment. Manager needs to take her off the floor and put her in the parking lot sweeping the trash. Every time she is at the reception desk I cringe walking up.
