Delivery driver: Bella Placed a delivery order at 4pm on 4/30, with a 2 hour delivery window, got notification order was being prepared around 4:30pm and was expecting it to be delivered soon. 3 hours go by and still nothing. Its now 9pm most dispensaries are closed and I have YET to get any notification about my delivery. So annoyed and pissed off, I take some dabs and I go to bed only to awoken by a dispensary agent blowing up my phone with 10+ calls, 5+ texts and countless voicemails. I am beyond annoyed that you guys would allow a 2 hour delivery window to take almost 6 hours and then to have the delivery person blow up my phone while I was sleeping because you guys couldn’t get your deliveries out on time is pathetic. Will not be ordering from curaleaf anymore, seriously why offer a delivery window if you arent even going to abide by it.
