Really helpful and friendly staff!! I have been a customer for about 2 years now and all of my experiences have been positive. This is particularly impressive given the dispensary’s computer system has problems periodically. In my experience, the staff are friendly and relaxed both when things are running smoothly and when there is a longer wait time. Just a really positive place. One suggestion I have is to add more product information to your app/website. For example, including the strain’s full name and a description of its attributes would help so much. Reviews by other patients are also helpful but, I would love to see more images, names and descriptions. The other thing I want to mention are the prices. FP’s prices are reasonable compared with other NY dispensaries, but so, so much higher than dispensaries in other states—which suggests NY dispensaries may just have higher costs or taxes to pay here. Still, the prices are high and that is limiting for many of us. Overall I highly recommend this dispensary for really great customer service, a good selection and an easy to navigate website.
