The Livwell on Franklin has the most genuine bunch of people Ive came across out of ALL 14 LOCATIONS (Ive done my share of shopping at most locations), Usually I get the "Get your stuff and get out" treatment. Not here. Everyone is very knowledgeable on all the product they carry in the store. I feel more at home than I do a waiting number. Nichelle has a smile from ear to ear everytime!! 110% customer service is all these budtenders know!!!
