i had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i ordered $700 worth of product and they had forgotten 4 things. no problem-- the delivery driver was very kind and helped me out with the situation. he forwarded the messaGE. the situation should have been figured out because it was an error on THEIR END. instead, i received a phone call this morning with a woman who is fighting with me, arguing with me, and YELLING at me about my order. I AM LIVID. i will never order from this place again. FIGURE OUT YOUR SYSTEM. IF something shows up on ALL THREE COPIES OF MY RECEIPT. I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THOSE and NOT be screamed at for YOUR ERROR. she took NO responsibility for their error. it was completely unprofessional. never have i been yelled at for a company's error and blamed.
