I want to start off by saying I've been coming to this location for a month straight now and I've NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Urban is always busy. But that has never stopped the staff from giving me the highest standard of customer service I've experienced at a dispensary in Arizona . Today was very disappointing.I came to the location around 1 pm inquiring about my allotment so I can determine what yo pull out of the bank . The woman at the front desk was rude and indifferent . I understand that she was busy and she looked stressed .That's still no excuse to be rude to a normally happy and easy customer. The final straw is whn she answered my question with a attitude like I was bothering her and then slammed my med card on the desk whn I had my hand out for it . I work in the customer service field and this is piss poor standards at best . I really like this location and I had decided to make it my home location until today . I hope yall talk to her about this review

I love it !! It's a small location but so cozy ! .. whn I walked in everybody greeted me ! The selection was great . I told them what I needed and they showed me what they had . The selection we picked out fit my needs perfectly. The new patient deal are the beeeznezzz . Plus they reward you for shopping with them with points and customer appreciation deals . They got a loyal customer for sure

I'm New to Phx and in search of a home dispensary. My first visit here was during rush hour so they were packed but the line moved quick . My person was sweet and upbeat . I give him mad kiddos for dealing with my indecisiveness. I was on a budget and I walked away happy with my budget still in tact . I'll be back for the customer service and price if nothing else

I'm in love with entire vibe! The mural is actually what made me stop in. Everybody was friendly and informative! Brandy greeted with the biggest smile. The first time patient registration was quick and painless. Nicole helped me out and was patient with me cause I was indecisive . She answered all questions and even offered me a popsicle after 🥰 I'll definitely be back !

I love coming to Reef the location is so convenient. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They greet me coming and going ! If I have any questions they are always willing to give me informed answers.
