I have been going to rainier for about 4 years now, but probably never again. The staff is great, the prices are pretty good, but their return policy for cartridges is unrealistic. Most shops have a 7 day return policy, which gives the user enough time to see if the cartridge is working, and even better some have 30-day policies. I recently bought a cartridge here, not the first time, and it worked okay for a few days. When I went to charge it I realized it wasn’t working because the piece at the bottom of the cartridge where it meets the pen and atomizes was falling out and defective. There is literally no way I could have known about that within the 2 days. The girl in shop told me to just fix it myself with a paper clip or pliers. Not great customer service there, especially when I’ve been coming so long. I have wasted big money on a full, defective cartridge. Why would I want to go back to a place that won’t make up for their defective products?
