The service is always great, but recently I purchased a strain called “Blueberry Shortcake” that was said to be testing at 31% THC. I smoked it and it is literally the most disgusting thing I’ve smoked all year. There is no way it is 31% THC, and it’s wrong for you guys to label it as such just so people could buy it. Super lame of you guys. And such a waste of my time and money.

Service is trash. Placed an online order and when I came in they tried to give me 1 out of the 4 1/8ths I ordered and the other 3 were garbage. Employees lack basic common knowledge and courtesy.

Worst customer service in AZ. The employees here make it so obvious that they hate their jobs. Must be the nice discount that keeps them clocking in. Yikes. Only giving one star because I’m forced but would give zero stars if I could. Like seriously, how does every single one of you have an attitude all day? How do you guys live your lives like that? Just quit your jobs if you hate it so much. Can’t even ask about THC percentages without catching an attitude from an employee. If you don’t want me asking, PUT THE PERCENTAGE UP ON LEAFLY!!! UTILIZE YOUR RESOURCES!!! I’m going to start asking for you guys’ names so I can start putting you on blast individually cause I’m tired of spending my money here and getting attitudes and funny looks from you guys.

False advertisements. Will leave deals from the previous day on Leafly and once you come and try to claim it they tell you “that was from yesterday”. Clearly someone isn’t keeping up with their job. I don’t understand how a patient is supposed to know that when you’re not updating your website accordingly. And the MOD and girl in reception made it so difficult. Definitely not coming back here ever again.
