I just got my card and went to the competition because word around town is that was where I should go. They were uninformative and I felt like I was talking to a guy around the corner from a high school. On my way out driving around the corner I see Suterra and pull in. Right from the beginning customer service was A+ all the way till the end. He was informative, explained everything, and answered every question. Felt extremely professional to the point where I knew he had to be the manager… I was right. Kevin was the man and I’m sure he’s trained his team to be just as A++ in the customer service of this industry and especially to someone who has never been to a dispensary before.👍👍 They’re now my regular stop.
