My entire experience this visit was beyond frustrating. When I arrived I was told they were only doing online orders and I needed to use the kiosk inside the lobby. There was nothing available on line that I normally purchase so I settled for other items. I was told I would receive a text when my order was ready. I received a text that they didn’t have one of the items in stock but gave me another option. I then received another text it was ready but in fact it was not, I had to show my card again and was told it would be ready shortly. This process took 30 minutes. Meanwhile there were people just arriving and being checked in to go into the store and pick out their items for purchase. I went back inside to ask for an update since it had been 20 more minutes and was asked for my card again to be checked in to go inside the store to shop. I asked what about my online order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago?? They had no answer for me only stated you are next to go in. WTF. I was there for a total of 1 1/2 hours which to me was completely ridiculous. Very frustrated
