bad retail experience: line mangement = horrific, operation not setup correctly. selection: atrocias always out of stock: out of flower + concentrate + had horrible cart selection (2 options) hours are not true to thier statements. went at 5:45 pm once and was told closed for rec. happened again a week later. quality: good bud communication: 0-10 let people know before they wait 90 mins in that shitbeat heat tunnel with the heavy plastic drapes that allow zero airflow, that you ha e no stock. an outdoor chalkboard, posting station etc. this is a basic customer service feature. don't waste my fucking time. it's bad enough I can get two bottles of Jack Daniels in 60 seconds, and have to wait 90 mins to be told you have nothing in stock. I'd give this place 3-4 stars if they just worked on communication to customers, and line management. hire a third bud tender, I can't believe there is so little help. you ha e more security then anything else.
