Everyone is knowledgeable, and the “newbies” always have an expert right there as they work and learn. Everyone is also friendly and not pushy at all (well, everyone but one isn’t pushy, but I don’t remember her name). Other reviewers have complained about the low inventory, and I agree. I thank God every day that this location is medical only, so the folks who own it really need to be more vigilant about keeping enough on hand. There’s actually a way to forecast demand based on past sales volumes, and it's pretty basic to running this type of business. I’d be surprised to learn that they don’t know how, so there could be something else causing the shortages. I’ll be sure to ask next time. In the meantime, I’m taking the opportunity to try new products that ARE available.
