Every time I go to this location they never honor the 20 percent off that’s advertised. I’m honestly never coming to this location again every other location seems to be on track except this one I’ll just drive out of my way for a better experience. The total never makes sense get it together and the cashier can never explain it. I literally order the same thing today from two different locations and got two different prices ! It’s always this location too with a higher price

I went in today and had a horrible experience with “James” he advised me to stand by the door when I was at his window. I asked if anyone was going to come through the door because I did not want to get hit with the door and he tells me “I do not know I do not tell the future if you don’t want to stand there he can help you” then pointed to his colleague. His colleague was in just as much shock as me when he said that. I wish I remembered his name but he apologized about James behavior and turned my experience around and I made sure I tipped him. James should be trained on customer service his comment was uncalled for and I am glad I was helped by someone else. I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never experienced this.

I was helped by Peter R. And he had the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. I called to ask if there was an item there before I arrived and I was told it was in stock, when I got there Peter told me that they didn’t have any in stock for the item and without me having to complain he offered to accommodate me by the next best thing. He definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond without even having to be asked thank you for making my day and I’ll definitely refer to my friends and family.

I’ve been going to this location for a while now and when I work with I think Drea ?(brown hair,shoulder length) it’s always a horrible experience the first time I went in on Black Friday and I ordered a ounce and she was bragging about hiding her ounce under the counter to check it out when she was off which I thought was weird to hide product from customers and I go in this past Saturday morning her vibe was extremely off she was rude she wasn’t explaining the products well when I asked and she didn’t place my local discount on the receipt which I felt was done purposely since she wasn’t in a good mood. My first time having a horrible experience since I’ve had my medical card. She is just unprofessional!
