you need better customer service people. 1st visit since changes in program. the csr did not want to hear my simple dissatisfaction with web showing lower price then what they actually charged. i was just saying its unfair and wanted to look at the menu again. she rushed off saying i will get my manager. manager came out giving me a "speech & scolding" for not knowing and at one point said "im not hearing this anymore" as i was trying to look at the tablet. manager said i could not do that...i could cancel & leave and come back. i could not change the order. i have done that before and waited as others have done this. why not this time? i seen lots of new faces and if this is how they are going to treat customers i suggest a different facility. manager said her name was michelle imc manager. i felt very uncomfortable and unsafe this visit.
