SO DISAPPOINTED IN TRU MED TODAY! Presidential OG dropped today and everyone knows that. I placed my 1/2 oz limit order at 8:31 AM, at 8:39 AM I received another text saying my order was being prepared, at 8:52 AM I receive another text saying my order was ready for pick up! I arrive at Tru Med and I'm the 8th person in line. I check in and inform the front desk that I will also be shopping for more. At 9:25 AM as I'm about to be called in I get another text saying " Hi, there so sorry but we have 1/4 left of Presidential. Would you like to do the other 1/4 of SFV OG or Grape Gas #7 ? Again so sorry." I'm sorry but that just sounds like shady business practices and not cool at all! Sounds like someone pulled a 1/4 of Presidential OG from my order. I've been coming here since Tru Med has opened the doors but this type of stuff is unacceptable and unprofessional. It took Tru Med half an hour to realize my order was short?? Sounds suspicious.
