DO NOT GO HERE. PLENTY OF BETTER SHOPS IN THE AREA THAT WONT STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I purchased two pax pods here. It took me about two months to finish the first. When I tried to use the second pod it didnt work. I reached out to pax to verify nothing was wrong with the pen and the pen was fine. I went back to Magic Flower and they agreed the pod was defective. They blamed me for storing it wrong and causing the defects (ive been using pax for years without a problem). They refused to let me exchange for a new pod even though this pod was defective and should have been returned to the manufacturer. Its unbelievable that they refused to exchange the product and blamed the problem on the customer. Please go elsewhere as there are many better shops in the area that actually care about their customers. If Magic Flower truly cared they can reach out to me to remedy this situation.
