Layout actually makes sense. Strains are organized by type- and then by price. There isn't a budtender awkwardly staring at you while you browse. In fact, you basically just walk in and take a look around and THEN go place an order. Very casual and highly recommended.

Hands down the best place I've been to. Great selection of dried herb and concentrates, of course. Better rewards program than anywhere else I've been. But I want to mention two separate instances of outstanding customer service that REALLY set them apart. 1: I had trouble finding something about OGC on leafly, and the budtender offered to do some research and let me know. 15 minutes after I left, I got a phone call from someone at OGC giving me the information I was looking for. 2: I needed to update an authorization which required OGC to contact my new ND on the new authorization. My ND didn't answer the phone, so they left a message. When I called OGC a few days later, the person who answered: (a) called the OGC employee who helped me previously; (b) called my ND; (c) called me back to inform me that the ND didn't answer and we were going to have to wait; and (d) called me to let me know that the ND had actually got a hold of them and I was good to go. LONG STORY SHORT: these people obviously care abut the patients and if you want GENUINELY good customer service, go here.
