I was going here for a few months, up until I watched the owner of the store Kerry, walk into the back through the retail area with customers in store with no mask on, cough his lungs out and announced "I am so sick! I've been puking all morning." while not wearing a mask during a pandemic. the joints they roll are so loose they go out after a few hits. the management is so extremely rude to customers, when AMCO extended how long they are to accept expired ID's, I showed them the official AMCO stamp and that it was directly from their website, and the assistant manager Britney rudely said she refused to accept it. being utterly disgusting and rude to me. This being the same person who seemingly always calls her children to scream cussing and threatening them loud enough that any customer can hear. I almost called OCS that moment with the words she spoke to children. A few times I went in at night I saw that their second employee was on break, I asked why he stayed at the store and he informed me Cordles, the general manager, had been forcing them to stay at the store off the clock. federal wage and hours laws state you are paid for your time, not your work, so I encouraged them to press charges on grounds of missing wages because these forced breaks are highly illegal. The turn over rate is so atrocious they went through what seems like 20 new faces in only a few short months. One employee even told me he left because he caught another employee stealing from both the company and the fellow employees, and the general manager called him a liar and did not reprimand the thief even though there was verifiable proof. This place is so scummy I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will certainly never be stepping foot in any of their businesses, which is really sad as I love the coffee place associated with them. I WOULD RATHER GO TO MOLD TOWN GNC!!!
