Extremely long wait usually. A manager (?) Came out to pretty much lecture everyone waiting on the benefits of preordering today and said they'd be handled faster. Normally have a minimum limit on that so I attempted to get his attention to ask if they were waiving that; made eye contact with me, turned around and shut the door behind him.
Cool. Not certain what the point of his lecture was if we can't even get follow-up details before he continues to ignore the people in the lobby.
