I bought a moxie cart here and it didn’t work with any battery that I have. I went here to exchange it and the cart still doesn’t work I even bought a new moxie battery. I wasted my money it’s so sad will never go back

I came here today after getting terrible service from bloom! So grateful for this location, great bud and even better budtenders consistently each and everytime doesn’t matter who I get

I usually love coming to bloom I get great service and great prices but today definitely made me question my loyalty I made an online order today for an 1oz forgetting that I only had 18grams left on my allotment. Christina (pretty sure this was her name) told me this at check out. I then asked her “I think I got an 8th that was added today... and I think I get a half oz tomorrow can you check for me what i get tomorrow?” (I asked this because i was seeing if i can get the oz tomorrow) She then huffed and puffed rolled her eyes and repeated to me “I said you had 18 grams TODAY” so rudely! I told her that’s not what i asked could she pls tell me what I get added tomorrow she then just stared at me with a blank face as if she was holding back telling me off, she never answered my question she ignored me. I then took my card and went to ponderosa Releaf where I got great service.

I love metro meds!! My favorite dispensary by far everyone is so nice and I love the quality of medicine!
