I rather disliked my experience. After check in, i was directed through the door and to the left as I am medical. The bud tender, a man with glasses and no name tag immediately prompts me toward the right, assuming I am a recreational customer. I tell him I was directed to the left and asked about the clones there. He seemed cery reluctant to hear my questions and even more reluctant to suggest any possible remedy, ya know, like a good associate in a customer service setting would. I had called before I drove the 36min drive to make sure they had the clones advertised on leafly. I was told everything was up to date. Gross misstatement of the year. Not only did they have very little in terms of clones, but zero CBD clones as their online menu suggests. The budtender couldnt tell me when more clones were coming in, coildnt tell me what was ordered and I had to ask three times to have my name written down and phone number taken so I can claim the CBD strain I drove so far for. I was then told, after selecting clones (so i didn't drive 36min for no reason) i was informed I could only buy 4 plants. What? I grow for myself and three others and share a growsite with another grower who does the same. Medical patients aren't allowed to get up to 18 anymore?
Very displeased with my visit. Truly hoping they call me back when their clones land, I actually expect it after this review.
