I love the Farm! I am surprised and disheartened to read the prior review. I have never had a discrepancy with the weight of my flower and I have been a weekly regular customer since they opened in February. I finally decided I love them so much I had better leave a review. I feel welcomed and truly cared for when I am in the shop and enjoy all of the employees. They take time to really work with me and my residual issues I struggle with from a spinal injury. Everyone makes mistakes and if we were all harshly judged by those mistakes our world would be even more stressful and unkind. I hope that in these instances that compassion may be extended and I'm certain that the crew at the farm are very sorry for the inconvenience it caused. I tell all my friends to come to Urban Farmacy because I trust that they will receive knowledgable and truly caring service. Please don't let one mistake taint your overall opinion of this shop. They are wonderful and the medicine is just top notch. I am very grateful for the relief that they have been for me in my life. I give my humble gratitude and cheer these guys on with my sparkly pom poms! Trust me, they are consistently awesome, helpful, compassionate, accurate, and also FUN! Lighten up and love your life.
