I normally walk in.... I decided to place a on line order for the first time and I didn’t get what I ordered!!!! I didn’t notice it until I got home 😡😡 .. Instead of trying to get over on me, why not call me if y’all didn’t have what I wanted!!!!! I ordered Cobalt haze and pineapple upside down cake was in my bag, and YESSS it cost more. When I called to explain what happened I was told that I would get ONLY 10 percent off my next order... ALTHOUGH I should have checked my bag before leaving, but I thought the bud tenders would be accurate 🤔🤔. AGAIN just call instead of putting anything in my bag!!!! Overall this is a lesson learned...

I just saw a comment about a return, I had to return a RSO and I didn’t have any problems!!! I was given another!!! Their very understanding and will help you at all times.. but if it’s a situation where you can’t get a return, it may be you and not the dispensary... but why place a negative comment!!!! I can see if this type of situation happen often then I can understand a negative comment...
