I have been coming to Ballpark Dispensary for some time now. Recently I have been very unhappy with the staff and the online ordering menu. I've order cannabis from many Denver Dispensaries, some better than others, and for the most part have had a consistent experience. Recently, it seems, that the quality at Ballpark has slipped. I placed an online order today around 12 pm not only was it never confirmed, and no one attempted to use Baker's two-way Ordering messaging to text me. I had to find out when I walked in that not only were they out of stock (despite what the menu said) but that my online order wasn't canceled untiled after I had left. Leading me to believe that the staff had sold it to someone else, or, weren't interested enough to update their menu. This is the second time in as many weeks. One more strike and Ballpark, you're out.
