Months ago I bought a kit w a battery for my oil pen - I had a problem with it getting EXTREMELY HOT - I called in December spoke w Jarod - he could of cared less and I waited for a supervisor to call me back - nothing - so ONLY BECAUSE I was in the area I stopped and went in to speak to supervisor - who now turns out to be exact same guy who DID recall my phone call - I think it went upon deaf ears yet again / so warning you that my batter pen in the black looking eye glass case that there seems to be a plentiful amount piled up in the case - this is MY EXPERIENCE it suddenly got so hot that I felt the warm against me ( in my sweat shirt pouch pocket for about 5 minutes as I was dropping a friend off at the airport / so saying goodbye ) I was afraid to have it in my car or home - it starting leaking something and it remained extremely hot to touch - I could barely touch it to get my oil cartridge off of it - so BEWARE because that’s what happened to me - Not a apology - not a offer to replace - as I’m sure you can see I purchased the one in question there - the Yilo dispensary did not have any customers in there at all when I came in - NEVER have I been to a dispensary with no customers - must be a sign of unhappy previous customers - the dispensary I attend - has so many customers that they offer a free pre roll if you have to wait longer than 15 minutes !

I have been a customer here for three years I believe - a few visits ago - a lady in her mid 70’s came in - she was a new patient - I thought she may feel bit more comfortable if I spoke with her - she seemed a bit short of breath - turns out her daughter had just wrecked a car she just bought her hours previously that day - she was infact - short of breath / she told me due to cancer she could not smoke flower and seemed a bit of anxiety was getting worse - she thought she should maybe leave - I wanted her to speak to someone and looked up to see ROBBIE - perfect person to sit down and speak with her ! Which he did - we found she had allergy to patches so Robbie assured her that she would be given info on the products that would better assist her - Thanks again Robbie ! You put her at ease and she was still in waiting room when I left - together we saved that patient from leaving !

I’ve been to this location before - nice people - flower looked great - however I purchased 4 cartridges two weeks ago - and not at all happy with them - first of all oil was not full to the top and I’ve never had a cartridge anywhere with that much missing - I purchased 2 live resin Clear cartridges w the gold brass tip - at first no complaint - then one of the cartridges the oil was 2/3 way gone and then next time I went to use it the oil was GONE - it was empty !!! I live alone so no one indulged - very odd !!! I have not used the other cartridge yet - then I purchased 2 different less expensive oil cartridges and they were also CLEAR with the black tip / the tip kept falling off and both were used very quickly ? Possibly a flint based cartridge as it just went very fast - will not buy those cartridges from you ever again Won’t say I may not buy flower but definitely no oil cartridges
