You all need to stock more sativas. I would shop more if there was more sativa strains. Professionals prefer sativas because it allows us the freedom to use any time of the day.

I noticed the price increase on certain products and the veterans discount was cut in half. I used to drive 10 miles to get shop at Sticky Saguaro but I've been priced out of shatter and the veterans discount isn't any different than most dispensaries. The end of an era!

I have a medical card and I refuse to pay the 24% tax. I went there today and the security guard was a bit weird. He was asking everyone if they had any weapons. I don't generally get asked that at the dispensary.

I ordered some items online and picked them up express. When I got home I realized that they didn't give me what I ordered and made changes to my order without me asking. I wasted time and gas going to their Tempe location when I could've visited another dispensary that had what I was looking for. I haven't been going to Harvest recently because they've been having problems with customer service when it comes to online orders. Do not order online from Harvest of Tempe because they will replace your items and staple your bag up without telling the customer. Also, why is the Leafly menu not accurate? That was my last time messing with this dispensary. There's to much competition to have bad online service.

Select vape is an excellent brand but their new Cliq pod battery is inconsistent at best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It also doesn't provide a good pull and so most of the time I am sucking on air. The batteries need to be redesigned to have a better pull and operation. If they can correct these issues the Cliq pod could be one of the best. Right now Stiizy or regular Select vape carts are the best. I would stay away from the Cliq until they fix these issues.

The strain isn’t like most Runtz strains. Runtz usually has dense nugs and reddish hairs but the Lemon Runtz from Grown 4 looks and taste like homegrown albeit lemony. I was really disappointed with the look and flavor but it smokes okay. Gives you an energetic head high but smoking it is not as pleasing as I’d like it to be. I’ll pass on this next time. I was not impressed.

Today management let us down. I made my online order around 9 am this morning and when I went to go pick up my order I was told that my order did not get packaged because of the volume of online orders. I was not necessarily upset that my online order didn't get packaged but more so that I was not notified. Time is money and one of the keystones of customer service is reliability. I'm not sure who was in charge of opening this morning but to simply overlook online orders and not work on fulfilling them and also not contact the customer is unprofessional. It's not good customer service at all. I'm lucky that the budtender was able to gather half of what I had ordered. Maybe next time the manager on the opening shift could pre-plan for a large number of online orders during a storewide sale. I mean what did the manager think the morning was going to be like? Did the manager get on the phone or start texting customers that the online service was down? Did management have at least one staff member work on fulfilling back orders? All I know is that I left with half my order and I spent less than I planned. Most places I visit contact the customer via text or email when an order is canceled. I don't think that's too much to ask and it is basic common courtesy.

They advertise Buy one get one on their carts but don’t have any full grams in Select or Drip. It’s only 8:40 in the morning! Don’t waste your time. I wish they would be more descriptive in their adds because I just drove 20 miles and wasted my time. Mint is clickbait.

65 dollars for an 1/8th of bud is ridiculous. I see Cookies is going for the greed. There’s no way I’m paying almost $70 bucks for an 1/8th that tests below 20%. Stop it. We have flower here that tests higher and is more affordable.

I had a good experience with the bud tender she was knowledgeable and polite. I felt good about my purchases of LAKE OF FIRE until I got home and smoked my first, second and third bowl. They have first time patient deal where you get 50% off your order, which is great, but the bud is not good at all. The buds looked great, however, the buds were fluffy and on the dry side...crispy, even! That worst part is that the superior bud smoked and felt like basic or bottom tier. It burnt up right away and my buzz did the same.
