Lack of customer service! Bought a lot of stuff and in car appeared that one of jars completely empty and not sealed. Went back to the shop, explained the situation at the entrance and asked to be served next in the line, as an answer got “No” just wait your turn on the line. Waited around 20 mins were served for another 20 mins at least, what ruined all our plans for the day. Then asked for manager, explained if it’s okay that due to their fault we had to wait second time in the line as an answer got “I’m sorry” with look (idgf). Won’t recommend to anybody. First time at the shop and such experience. Maybe they good if you don’t have any issues. But the thing is how you deal with the issues.
