Spent aprox $80.00 a week when in Ashland here. Stopped going once I received 12$ pre roll tube with no product in it and I was overcharged on a extracts cart, Feb 16th 2018. Contacted the manager when I got home an hour and a half away and voiced my concern. She assured me I would be taken care of and to check my product before leaving the store. I explained I'm not comfortable driving in the inclement weather and would return once the roads clear. Fast forward 2 weeks and I go in to make my normal purchase and retrieve said " goodie bag". Spoke to a young man who relieved himself to the back room and eventually returned to give me 2 pre rolls of blue dream dated year 2016. I became leary when I asked to review the product and he became flustered and not allowing me to verify. He then explained to me my "goodie bag"for the inconvenience had been "put back". I left completely upset and frustrated. I will not return based on the integrity of business here.
