Beware of higher reporting on size of purchase This is a very nice location and has friendly staff, however, something seems to be wrong with how they over-report the number of grams purchased. When visiting, I had 26 grams open to purchase, but after leaving, found they reported purchase of 46 grams, which took my account to <-19 > grams on allocation… which we all know they could never have sold anyone 20 grams over their allocation to begin with. When I first called to inform them of the issue, they seemed very helpful, however, they couldn’t correct it. After two conversations with the asst mgr, she was to speak with the mgr, and discuss with MMCC, but nothing happened, and it hasn’t been corrected. I’ve never heard back from anyone, leaving me short 20% of my allocation for the next 30 days. While I’ve been happy with my visits there up until now, I will be hesitant to shop there in the future. This type of mistake is bad enough to begin with, but the lack of follow-through on their part is inexcusable. If you visit, beware, and keep a watchful eye on your allocation.
