Harvest HOC - Baseline (Med/Rec)

After 2 hours my pickup order still wasn’t prepared. It was a very small order and I placed it pretty early in the morning.
I understand how it is to be short staffed but it’s a little frustrating waiting so long for something that ended up taking 5minutes.
What’s the point of making an online order if it’s just quicker to be a walk in?
