New, quite secure building in an 'unfortunate' area of Phx. Once past the guard behind the window, you're seated in a rather nice lobby-like waiting room with TV/restroom. The meds are laid out in jars for easy inspection. Facility also has smoking accessories for sale and takes debit cards. While a great place with good to great meds, it may not be for some due to the setup, but would def recommend a look...right off the I-17.

Was driving thru Cottonwood (from Phoenix) and decided to check this dispensary out. While only open for three days prior to my arrival, the staff I encountered were fun, polite and knowledgeable regarding their products. Entire process from start to finish was simple and quick. Facility is large, well secured and clean. The strains presented were fresh and upon using what I purchased, found the meds to be better quality than many dispensaries in Phoenix. When back in Cottonwood, will definitely look this place up again!

Store is conveniently located for me, and each time I visit the staff are very friendly. This is a very clean and rather new facility, but they generally only have four or five strains. The discounts and specials are always appreciated.
